OpsAnalytics Ecosystem
OpsAnalytics Ecosystem connects highly specialized technology companies to take part together in opportunities, projects and services that require complementary capabilities.
You do not need to build internally every capability the market may demand.
Conceptual capability network. OpsAnalytics articulates independent specialties.
What we are building
Companies connect when an opportunity needs their capabilities. Not every node is connected all the time.
First we understand what the client wants. Then we build the team.
Companies connect when an opportunity needs their capabilities. Not every node is connected all the time. Managed service.
a structure that combines specialized companies when doing so creates more value for the client.
What each side brings
We build the structure around the technical capability.

How we collaborate
Ideal for Managed Services and multidisciplinary solutions
OpsAnalytics leads the commercial and contractual relationship with the client and integrates its own capabilities with those of one or more partners.
How an opportunity is born
01
A need appears through a client, a partner or OpsAnalytics business development.
Opportunities are not distributed automatically among all members.
Commercial protection
Commercial protection is bilateral.
Commercial protection between OpsAnalytics and its partners will be bilateral and formally backed by contractual agreements. This means OpsAnalytics commits to respecting and protecting the commercial relationships, clients and opportunities contributed by each partner, just as partners must respect and protect the clients, contacts and commercial opportunities originated or introduced by OpsAnalytics. In this way, both parties have clear rules that protect their commercial interests and support a relationship based on trust, transparency and collaboration.
The economic model is defined according to the form of collaboration agreed for each opportunity, so that revenue is shared in a way that transparently reflects the contribution, responsibilities, risks and scope assumed by each organization.
OpsAnalytics leads the commercial, contractual and governance relationship with the client.
OpsAnalytics brings its own capabilities and those of one or more partners together in a single proposal.
In this model, the partner takes part in the solution under a scope, price and conditions agreed in advance with OpsAnalytics.
The economic model accounts for the value associated with:
OpsAnalytics invoices the client and pays the partner according to the scope and conditions agreed for its participation.
Both organizations take an active part in the proposal and in delivery of the service.
Each party monetizes the capability, service or scope it contributes to the project, in line with the responsibilities it assumes.
The commercial structure may be defined in different ways depending on the opportunity: independent contracting by the client, a division of scopes within a joint proposal, or an economic arrangement agreed between the parties.
The general principle is that economic participation is proportional to the scope, effort, responsibility and value contributed by each organization.
One organization identifies the opportunity and connects the client with the specialized partner.
The partner manages the commercial relationship, contracting and delivery of the service directly with the client.
The organization that originates and qualifies the opportunity receives a referral fee or commercial commission, agreed in advance between the parties.
The referral terms — percentage, amount, duration and application criteria — must be defined before the commercial introduction takes place.
More than opportunities
Functions to identify, qualify and advance opportunities when the collaboration requires it.
They are used when they add value to the collaboration.
What we look for in a partner
We want to build a network we can trust.
Ecosystem principles
Each organization keeps its identity, structure, clients and strategy.
The value is in complementary capabilities.
The commercial relationships of every party must be protected.
Responsibilities and conditions are agreed in advance.
Sharing an opportunity means sharing reputation.
Every project has defined leadership, responsibilities and governance.
The Ecosystem must simplify the client experience.

OpsAnalytics
The client should not manage the complexity of the Ecosystem. OpsAnalytics can act as a layer of integration, coordination, governance, communication, quality and management.
Complexity stays behind. The experience stays simple.
What we are not building
How we begin
The first stage will be deliberately small. We do not want to measure the Ecosystem by the number of companies that join. We want to measure it by the ability to generate and execute real opportunities.
OpsAnalytics brings the relationship with the market.
OpsAnalytics brings structure, integration and governance.
Our partners bring depth and excellence.
