Observability in OCI

The challenge

Traceability and monitoring were missing in distributed environments. When something failed, it was hard to see where and why.

Our approach

We worked with the client to define an end-to-end observability strategy, designed per application rather than as a loose set of tools.

The solution

We designed that strategy and configured logs, metrics and alerts on OCI Logging, Monitoring and Application Performance Monitoring.

The result

The team gained visibility. Incidents were resolved faster and resources could be optimized with real information.
